Description From the Newberry Library Catalogue: Message, Mar. 18, 1794, from Gov. George Clinton to the New York state legislature forwarding proceedings of conferences in Albany with the Onondaga and Cayuga Indians (lacking) and Indian affairs accounts (also lacking). Clinton asks the legislature to deal quickly with Onondaga and Cayuga issues and to make arrangements for the settlement of accounts.
