Description From the Newberry Library Catalogue: Report, dated Jan. 25, 1757, written by the commissioners to the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania (William Denny) regarding provisions for Colonel Armstrong’s battalion. In this report the commissioners are critical of the quantity of supplies required by Armstrong’s battalion and provide information on the amount of ammunition, blankets, and foodstuffs that Captain Calender has requested.
