Description From the Newberry Library Catalogue: November 22, 1823, letter from O.N. Bostwick at Vincennes to Samuel Abbott, since 1822 acting agent for the American Fur Company in St. Louis, together with annexed letter of the same date from Bostwick to Menard and Vallé, traders in St. Genevieve, Mo. Included are details regarding the transfer of point blankets to Menard and Vallé and instructions to Abbott regarding the filing and recording of company correspondence.
